“Me and a few buddies went there after volunteering at the Millbrook fair and one of the workers named Kirtan was working and he made our orders very quick and loaded us up nice then when we were eating he gave us free crackers which was very nice. The next day me and just one other friend come back and Kirtan is there again and he remembers my buddies order and whips our orders up fast again. When we were done eating we needed to throw out our rappers and my buddy threw the balled up rapper from across the restaurant and somehow drained it into the garbage can as if it was no problem and we both started laughing and then Kirtan said nice shot from behind the register. The subway here is pretty average but the Kirtan guy working there was very cool and he needs to become the manager or at least get a raise“

“First time ever having fire house subs! And let me tell ya! The gentleman that toke our order was so patient, helpful and very professinal and supper friendly! Which I love also that some profits go to first responders etc! My sub was amazing! Me and my fiance have always went to subway for subs and today? We decided something differant as subways not nearly as good anymore! But we both area if we want subs we will be returning back to the fire house for subs for now on! Over all better quality in all ingrediants and a awsome customer service there as well! If i could id give a 10 star!!!!“

“Friendly staff. The pair worked as efficiently as they could despite there just being 2 of them. They finished our order of 4 individual sandwiches in about 10 minutes. It is a bit of a wait for customers behind us. A 3rd or even 4th employee would be hugely beneficial, even if just for peak times.
I've got subs and wraps here. The subs always tend to not be evenly spread - one bite is bun, the 2nd bite is the veg, the 3rd bite is the meat. Not sure if there really is any other way to build a sub tho?“
