“Brittany and her team at Swiss Chalet Milton had provided exceptional service for my son’s Baptism reception. We had over 30 guests and the servers were phenomenal. Special mentions to Divij, Kaitlyn, Sargun who were absolutely awesome!!! Brittany was very accommodating to our needs. The private dining area made our party more intimate. Food was brought out in a timely manner and tasted amazing. Our guests only had positive things to say as well. We would definitely consider hosting a party here again. Thank you for making our party such a success!”

“Ordered wings for the Super Bowl. Arrived on time and were tasty..., however, they came packaged in a foil container with a plastic lid essentially steaming the crispy skin... I had to pop them in my air fryer for a few minutes. Please either poke holes in the plastic lid or use a paper/cardboard takeaway container. Soggy wings are no fun. Still tasty but needs to work on packaging.”

“My family of small children and I visited this McDs today returning from Toronto. The manager in the red shirt was AMAZING. So much so, as a non-reviewer; I had to send forth accolades or appreciation.

It was a very busy morning and what I can suspect is an even busier time for hot Apple Pies. We ordered a few and they were cold, lukewarm at best. My assumption is they were selling like 'hot cakes- *pun intended so keeping up with demand was difficult.

The manager, with no time wasted assessed the pie warmer and personally warmed 2 extra pies for our table. Not only did he bring the pies to the table, not expect the others back - but after our meal, he cleaned our trays and offered 2 McD paper kid crowns to our children.

This is such a rarity in today's autopilot type of customer service. It is memorable to receive a smile as usually the ordering kiosk is friendlier than the service employee. NOT today! My faith in customer service is restored. If this manager leads by his example, this location is one to visit!”

Both were great in my opinion but as someone who is not a big fan of olive the olive tapenade was a bit over powering on the Mediterranean. I think that’s more personal preference than quality , as I can see how the flavours mesh with all of the other ingredients!

The fries are also vegetarian friendly as they are not fried in oil with meat products. Hard to find this now so we were quite happy.”

“If you’re looking for a local fish and chips place after Heritage Fish and Chips closed down, look to this place.

There’s only one gentleman working there but he was very nice and efficient. I recommend the lunch special which is available until 3pm (Haddock and chips only)

Despite there being no sit-down table service, it’s still a great place for takeout and convenient.The fish is lightly battered (which is an issue in many other fish and chips places) and then is golden fried to perfection. Furthermore, the batter is very flavourful and the fish is very moist and not dry at all. It’s perfect.

The chips are also unsalted which is not a problem because they offer salt and vinegar or just use whatever you have at home.

This will be our new fish and chips place from now and we’ll be happily coming back.”
