“The attention to customers experience is amazing ! Server Angeline noticed I had not eaten my full meal she immediately asked”was there a problem”? I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times with only rave reviews about food. Tonight a problem, right away the General Manager Stefan Jackson came to our table and offered compensation. I said the problem not with staff, the kitchen but the way the steak was butchered incorrectly so the cook was perfect, unfortunately the meat was the problem. Mr. Jackson was so polite, professional and obviously wanting to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Service like this is outstanding and as I have been a regular customer at Taps, I will continue to be. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Jackson for your thoughtfulness and handling of this. What a complete surprise that as we were leaving a gift bag with a complete steak dinner to take home ! Wow incredible treatment ! Thankyou“

“The meal itself was good — no complaints about the food. Everything tasted fine and was prepared well. However, the service was really strange. I was there on a first date, and we were interrupted constantly. Four different servers came by to ask if everything was okay — and each of them did it multiple times. It felt like we were interrupted at least 15–16 times throughout the evening. I've honestly never experienced anything like that before. I understand checking in on guests, but this was excessive and made it hard to relax and enjoy the conversation. Overall, the experience was just okay because of that. Good food, but the service approach really needs some balance.“

The food was impressive in terms of quality. I really appreciated that it didn’t leave me feeling heavy or overly thirsty afterward, which often happens when lower-quality oil is used. Everything tasted clean, fresh, and well-prepared.

The service was a bit slow, but considering the quality of the food, it was forgivable. The staff were polite and attentive, which added positively to the overall experience.

Fresh, tender, well put together, the food is honestly, incredible. The staff, extremely friendly, polite and courteous. You have to give this place a try, it was go far beyond exceeding your expectations.“

“Our dinner experience was great. Food was tasty, service was good as well. Food came surprisingly fast in compare to our earlier experience, which is very nice as we were pretty hungry. Ambience was very nice as well. Our waitress was very nice and understanding. She made sure our kids get food without spices. Overall very nice.“
