“We visited Dairy Queen just before closing time, and although the store was set to close at 9 PM, Gagan, a staff member, truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. Despite the late hour, she welcomed us warmly and made us a fresh ice cream with so much care and kindness. “Had a great experience at this Dairy Queen location on Lakeshore Road. The restaurant was spotless and well-maintained, which always makes for a more enjoyable visit. The food quality was excellent - everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered.

What really stood out was the staff - they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our visit. It's clear they take pride in providing good customer service.

“It’s super nice and go to place for ice cream. Always go there. Staff is great and specially girls name Mehak & kashis always ready to help and explains everything thing u need help with.

“Giving 4 stars and cutting one star ,coz of customer service. Desert were great but the person who was serving the ice cream was rude , no smile on face no talk nothing , i said thanks and didnt even get reply back.they need to bump up their customer service to get 5 stars.“

“One of the workers here really needs to understand how to manage a crowd. It was close to closing time, and the workers had poor communication with each other because one of them was saying that they were closed, and the other one was saying that they were still taking orders. It was super confusing in an organized on their end, and that resulted in a lot of waiting in line. It made some people upset because they had to give up their line in spot because in the end they were closed. I managed to get my order in, and I ordered a Oreo blizzard dirt pie. Firstly, the menu is super confusing and I can’t really read or see anything. I didn’t even know I was ordering that, I just saw the first thing and just ordered it. But there was no image or description at all so I didn’t even know what I was ordering. When the worker pulled out some gummy worms I was like, oh my goodness I didn’t even know they were going worms in this. There’s not really a problem, but it would’ve been nice for me to know ahead of time. The ice cream itself was really good, but honestly I think it’s a little bit overpriced.“

“Came here a few days ago for an evening dessert. Got a poutine and a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard, both of which were great. I was a little shocked at the prices, but I also haven't been here in a while so maybe we can attribute that to inflation. However, I was here well before closing time, at least 2-3 hours beforehand, and it seemed like the staff had already started to shut everything down. So much so, that when I went to pour my soft drink, the machine sprayed at me as it was missing the funneling parts. Quite disappointed at being wet and sticky, but thankfully had good enough company to forget that fact by the end of the night!“
