Tea is always great but the self order machines don't always work, there is always a crowd because it can take quite a few minutes to get your tea. There isn't always someone near the cash register to take your order in case you want to speak to someone rather than keep trying with the machines. Staff isn't as friendly and theh don't call out names so you have to keep an eye on the counter through the crowd for something that looks like it might be yours then go check. The staff are very rude and please tell me why only one staff worker is managing the entire shop in a MALL. The staff always skimp out on topping and add barely any every time I order tapioca in my drink. They also forget to add ice sometimes so i will receive my drink lukewarm. I have gotten the taro milk tea and I can taste the powder in my drink. I have also gotten the flavoured teas and they put so much syrup that is all I taste.
