“Had really good time. Really clean!! And thus boy, sorry I didn't ask his name, but was so patient. My son took time telling what all veggies and Sauces he wanted but there was no annoyance on his face. We had ordered a lot of items with different instructions and there was not a single error or doubt.
We have always been subway crazy but here we went twice and we will drive a little more but will go to this again n again.

This is hands down the BEST Subway in Ontario! The owners, Patty and Michael, along with their amazing staff especially Veer, are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The food is always fresh and high quality, the restaurant is spotless every time I visit, and the service is top notch. They even go above and beyond by offering a free drink or cookies once in a while just to show their appreciation to customers. I come here at least 3 times a week and honestly will never stop — that’s how good it is. If there were a competition for Subways, Patty and Michael’s Subway would take the #1 spot without question!“

“The person running the place on most days is very friendly. The food is good.

What stands out to me the most is that the person who prepared the order (I believe the owner) gave us plenty of extra veggies (jalapeños and olives) like we had requested in our online order. This is in stark contrast to many of the other subway restaurants that I have visited where getting an adequate amount of veggies on your sandwich or on the side can be difficult or even not possible. That is why this will be my go-to subway in the area from now on.

Biggest problem in my opinion is that the hours are a bit short. Closes way too early for me because I will usually want to go at nighttime, around midnight.“

“A regular Subway restaurant at a perfect spot. The restaurant is overlooking the international arrivals area at Terminal 1 of the Pearson Airport. Service was fast and staff polite. The place could have been a bit cleaner but, given the location and the traffic it gets, a bit of messiness can be expected.“

“Signed up for the free Spinach dip which never came. Arrived and was seated quickly. Our server was noticeably in a foul mood and did not try to hide it. No interaction with us at all. We are pretty good tippers but I didn't even feel like giving her the 10% that we did. The bartender was very short with the servers when they were picking up their drink orders. The manager was not seeming to notice the very obvious bickering that was going on amongst most if not all staff members that night. It was not an enjoyable experience.“
