“I live in Brampton and I was in Napnee for some work and I decided to go Grab a coffee from Tim Hortons and I was having bad Day, but when I took coffee and then Staff gave me this Paper boat. I know It’s not a big thing, but I was happy to have it and feels very good. I don’t know why but it’s just made my night beautiful❤️“

“I can't remember when I experienced better, speedier or more cheerful service at a Tim Hortons drive-thru than today. When I arrived, there were many 🚗 cars ahead of me and I was sure there would be a long wait. But NO, the line moved up quickly and steadily. I had to be on MY toes to be ready for them. The attendant serving me my cappuccino at the windows was cheerful and courteous. Inside, I glimpsed a beehive of efficient and cheerful 😊 teamwork. BRAVO!“
