“I go to this Tim Hortons daily, always in the morning. They are always very friendly and quick to serve. I normally always go through the drive through, and It's 90% quick. One of the things that I really appriciate is that they know my order by heart. The manager Matt is always quick to know it's me in the drive through and I hardly ever have to say anything as he knows what I'm getting.
Any time there was ever an error on my order in the past, I would call and let them know as I was already on the road. Matt was the one to answer and he was always reasuring that I could come back and get my order fixed for free. I know mistakes sometimes happen, and knowing that It's never a problem to have it either fixed or to be able to come get it new the next day free of charge is great!
I highly recommend going to the location!

“I live in Brampton and I was in Napnee for some work and I decided to go Grab a coffee from Tim Hortons and I was having bad Day, but when I took coffee and then Staff gave me this Paper boat. I know It’s not a big thing, but I was happy to have it and feels very good. I don’t know why but it’s just made my night beautiful❤️“
