“I have been a customer of Costello's Pizza for over 20 years. The pizza is consistently excellent and the wraps are very fresh. The Greek salad is a real treat. You can't go wrong with any of the food offerings at Costello's.

The restaurant itself is quite large but is seldom used as the majority of Costello's business is takeout or delivery. With sufficient notice, the restaurant will accommodate a large group of family event.“

“READ THIS**** This has to be the cleanest and best Gabriels in Ottawa as I paid for my pizza and wings. The gentleman then went and washed his hands to go and deal with my food.

On top of that, they were extremely polite
I refuse to eat at any other Gabrielle’s at this point

“My father and I loved the Vegetarian Pizza, not the usual one, but it was the best we've eaten to date. The pigtail fries have been a long time since I ate them ahahah.

But to complain I would like to say that cursed its expensive a pizza with a large onion rings and an orangeade 60$ with taxes I think I went and found a pizzeria cheaper than its thank you it was good but too expensive for me budget.“

“Ordered the tandoori pizza and medium wings from Pizza Junction. Delivery was prompt. The presentation of the pizza after opening the box was fantastic. - beautifully topped/decorated, well cut, piping hot and tasty beyond words (hands down the best tandoori pizza I’ve tasted in Ottawa (in my mind, beating out two other well-known competitors) - the last time I tasted a tandoori pizza this good was during my time in California).

The hot wings were also very delicious. I mean finger licking good! They were plump, meaty and juicy with a generous lathered coating of wings sauce. We couldn’t stop licking our fingers and eating them. This is how hot wings should be prepared!

Larger delivery chains like Dominos, Pizza Pizza, etc., should take a page from Pizza Junctions’s book on delivering the same taste and value for their hot wings.
Stop cutting corners, charging an arm and a leg and giving your customers itty-bitty partially dried hot wings!

“I dunno if these guys are bringing pizza pizza back or what but I popped in, got a slice (meatlover) popped in the oven, honestly looked so good. Doubled down, took the last two, gent at counter was super polite and professional. Two meat lover slices, garlic dip, and a bottle of pop - watching him ring it up I was like oh man - expecting like 27 bucks in backwards land 2024 ….. it was like 15 bucks. He warmed it up without asking, bottom was cripsy, tables were clean, used the washroom - also clean. Had him hit it with the chili flakes and everything - OLD SCHOOL PROPER PIZZA PIZZA RE JOINED THE GAME? I will be ordering a pizza shortly to confirm…“

“Had a little mix up with headquarters when I was ordering my pizza. I wanted pepperoni, and I was given cheese - no big deal right? At first I was unimpressed . I paid for my pizza and left. I expressed to Emmy (the gentleman who made my pizza) that this isn’t what I had ordered . I left , 20$ not a HUGE problem.

2 hours later , I received a phone call from PizzaPizza HQ and I was provided with a 100% refund , as well as a voucher for my next purchase . I was extremely pleased, Erin on the phone assured me they would be providing more training to their HQ employees.

“Best pizza I have eaten, I unfortunately can't have gluten anymore and I miss a good pizza, I've tried every place in Rockland that offered Gluten free pizza, they all were very disappointing, last night we decided to try Milanos and see what could happen and I wish I tried this place 1st. “I'm not a local to Ottawa, but this is one of the better pizza places I've frequented while I'm there visiting my boyfriend and his kids. My son loves the pastas and I've tried the chicken Parm and a few variations of the pizza. It is a really cheesy pizza and is super yummy - I am usually just left craving a tonne of water afterwards! It's a bit pricier than some other options, but it's hand crafted and seems family owned, so the quality is there. Definitely a delicious pizza that keeps well the next day.“

I brought in a receipt that was quite old of a pizza that I purchased some time ago and it had.... to no fault of the establishment, some very small issues with it. An employee at the establishment wrote "Free Pizza" on the top of my receipt a long time ago and I am not in the area very often so I decided to pop in. I was certain that the story I had, had very little credibility and my proof was almost zero, but the gentleman at the counter and his young co-worker were so incredibly professional and kind that they decided to trust a long time, faithful customer and happily made me a pizza. “I took my husband and toddler son out for a Father's Day meal as the restaurant is kid friendly, and our previous experience was really positive for Mother's Day. This experience, unfortunately will deter me from ever coming back. Firstly we sat down and it took 15 minutes to even get a drink order... I believe the manager on duty gave our drink order to our server. Once we ordered our food, we had to hunt down another server to get the unlimited bread we paid for so that my son could at least have something to munch on while we wait for our food. I personally upgraded to get the all you can eat and was only ever offered one salad. I was never offered a refill on my drink, nor was my husband. Our dirty dishes stated our table for the entirety of our meal. Once we actually got our food, our server never brought us cheese to put on our pasta and pizza. The entire time we were there I felt like I had to constantly look for our server or ask somebody else for something because we just had no service. The funny part is is that at the end of our meal the same manager that came over and took our drink order at the beginning of our experience asked us how our dinner was and my husband responded “pretty brutal actually” and he responded saying “that's great to hear. Hope you guys have a good night.” we had a good laugh about that one. Needless to say, the experience was horrible, and I have never not left a tip in my entire life as I worked in the service industry for five years, but I left absolutely no tip.“
