“Predictably good burgers and fries served hot and fast. Restaurant was reasonably clean. HOWEVER listening to an old guy who came in the Restaurant to get out of the rain (he was on a bicycle) have an extremely loud 10 minute conversation with one of the employees about a special hamburger he makes, made my visit to the restaurant terrible. I'll go to the chip truck in the canadian tire parking lot from now on.“

“Updated review: they removed the Philly burger. I used to get the Philly burger, extra cheese sauce and added coleslaw. It’s the only place in Ottawa that had it, and now it’s gone. I honestly haven’t been back since that’s happened, except for a poutine here n there. While the burgers are still good, I have to drop this down to a 4 star

Old: 5stars but they ain’t open late. First of all their burgers are AMAZING. Easily worth $10. Poutine quality top notch but the employees need to lesson on how to pour gravy and make fries. Wasn't impressed with having tiny end pieces of fries ruining my poutine on multiple occasions. I dont care about your waste product, i want fries. Everything these guys have is perfectly portioned for a man. Food is dope! Meat is GREAT. Their Cheesy zesty sauce is dank btw get it.“

“Theyre much more consistent with their food than other locations. Good quality, follows instructions perfectly, and on the off time somethings wrong theyve always remade it for me super politely. The staff are friendly and always put a smile on my face. Best Mcdonalds in Ottawa hands down.“

“i come here every day for lunch as i work in the same plaza. great food at a decent price point considering other burrito/bowl places nearby. crispy chicken is always hot and crisp with the perfect amount of thai chili, chipotle sauce etc. one area i think the store could benefit from is by adding a mexican dessert section to pair with my burrito for dinner/lunch (churros, cinnamon cookies etc.). all in all a great place to get a burrito in ottawa!“
