Honestly, it’s very disappointing at your branch! Yesterday I had ordered my vanilla chai latte with no problem and it’s cost me $2.50. Even my husband went to get my own yesterday afternoon (I even asked him twice if it was at your location) and he said he had no problem ordering it. Well this morning, I ordered it and it’s a big fuss and when I get to the window and it’s $3.55!!! And our clerks tells me they don’t have it on the computer!!! What is going on??? Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, I go to order the easiest breakfast & she tells me "it's 12:03 breakfast is over, there's nothing I can do" .... it's 12:03? Three minutes past your time to microwave an egg on a bagel!? I was there before breakfast was done to begin with but employees are too slow that work the drive thru window that it took 15 minutes to get through to begin with then they treat the customer like garbage...read full review
