The joojeh leg kebab was tender and packed with smoky, saffron-infused flavor, while the baghali polo arrived perfectly fluffy with fragrant dill and lima beans. The real standout, though, was the doogh—it was refreshingly tangy, lightly carbonated, and absolutely phenomenal. “We were delighted to find this restaurant on the way to lake Simcoe. We really enjoyed the food. All very tasty. I would say it’s more middle eastern than Mediterranean. We got the chicken shawarma on top of the mango salad and falafel. There were also some cardamom balls for takeaway that I’d highly recommend. We were served by a Sri Lanka staff that I regrettably didn’t get the name of but he was so hospitable, helpful and generous with his service. Thank you“
