It’s a deceptively simple dish to do, but I can’t count how many times I’ve been at another restaurant and they overcook the pasta or one or more of the types of fish that go into this wonderful dish. “A hidden gem, worth the drive from Toronto. I love the self-serve concept and the fact that the wine they offer is not available at the lcbo. This will definitely become a regular spot for me. I just wish they would offer some more snack options; perhaps it would be a good idea to let guests bring in takeout from a local spot.“
