Although this was not talked about, my personal feeling as told to me by another restaurant owner, they are catering for the masses so they cannot have too much of the original spices etc. This sentiment is lost on me because being from this part of the world and knowing what the flavor is supposed to be like, again left disappointed. Jerk chicken was a bit salty and to us was more like stew chicken not jerk. Couldn't taste the jerk at all. Curry goat/fried chicken was okay. Soup was lukewarm and had to ask for it to be heated.
