“Absolutely gorgeous boeuf bourguignon is back on the winter menu and it is a must have! The House made sauce was beautifully done and the beef so tender! Galettes (gluten free!) sweet crepes and delicious desserts along with an impressive wine list make this little bistro one of the best hidden gems in Niagara. You should go!“

“I've lived in Canada for over 30 years, resigned to the fact that baked sweets and desserts are cloyingly sweet, barely edible (sorry, patriots). I lived politely refusing cakes at parties, not because I would not enjoy coffee and a dessert, but , you know... Then new hope arrived in JC Patisserie and voila! I am willing to drive to Thorold to enjoy desserts that actually taste as mango, chocolate, strawberry, etc., without the domination of sugar! Hats down to the crew at JC Patissier!“

“Christina made our evening wonderful. I was looking for something nice for my son that included exciting well, well-crafted flavors and balanced proteins, veggies, and starches. LIV had several small bites, great portions, very good wine selection and knowledgeable staff. We witnessed management going the extra mile to handle a guest that seemed to be complaining over nothing but were treated well for their perfectly cooked steak. We liked the amuse-bouche, palate cleansers, and surprises as much as the dishes we ordered.“

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience rooted in passion and purpose. The farm-to-table concept is taken to the next level here, as they source everything from their own farm, including fresh produce, house-made fruit preserves, and even their own honey, which you can purchase by the jar. The menu is creative and thoughtfully curated, offering dishes that are both unique and incredibly flavorful. The beef tenderloin was unbelievably tender and bursting with depth—easily one of the best I’ve had. The candied salmon appetizer was a perfect start—sweet, savory, and beautifully balanced. And don’t leave without trying the tiramisu gelato. It’s made in-house and is absolutely out of this world—creamy, rich, and a perfect finish to the meal. AG Inspired Cuisine truly lives up to its name. It’s clear that every dish is crafted with care and intention. I can’t wait to go back!“
