“I haven't been to KFC in a very long time, so I stopped to take a washroom break and a bite to eat. Went inside and waited in line. There seemed to be an issue, not sure if short staff, or the system. The young lady was nice but having trouble understanding my order. Another girl came over and she also didn't understand what I said. To wait for food, they are calling out the order, no ones name, or number on the receipt. It seemed disorganized. Food was good, I had the wrap.Thank you.Bubba.“
“I visited the Yorkdale KFC. The sandwich itself was crispy and tasty. However, the onion rings and coleslaw were disappointing and lacked flavor.
I’ve tried the Eaton Centre location before, and I can say the Yorkdale branch was better.“
“It had been a while since I had KFC when I stopped, turned around and went back here after passing by. I had a genuine fried chicken craving and I wasn't disappointed. The meal was pretty standard—what you would expect to get at KFC —a bit salty but it hit the spot. The young lady running the cash register was efficient and polite and the people behind her were turning out the orders at a steady pace so the wait was just long enough to get you anticipating the food without being too long to have to complain ? kudos to the menu savvy man before me in the line that seemed to know the secrets to ordering off menu items/specials—I copied his order and ended up saving around 25% for the menu equivalent?? making the meal taste even better to me ??“
“The Keele and Finch KFC location is the only KFC location that makes proper KFC chicken. It's seasoned and battered to perfection, the way it's supposed to be. The pieces come off of a full size kitchen and the pieces are fresh and moist unlike other locations were the pieces are dry as a corpse and just as old.“

“I recently visited this store and had a great experience. I ordered a Zinger sandwich with fries, and both were fresh, hot, and delicious. The sandwich had the perfect crunch, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned.
A special mention to Jaspreet Pabla, Paramjot Kaur , who provided excellent customer service. They were very polite, quick, and ensured that my order was perfect. Their friendly attitude made my visit even better.
Overall, I had a great experience at this KFC location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food and good service!“
