Had a great experience ordering pizzas for an event. The “Manager” was so pleasant and very accommodating. She took the time to listen to our needs and made her own suggestions.
End result, we had fresh hot pizzas delivered on time. The toppings were plenty (unlike other places that skimp on toppings for large orders) and we had great feedback from those who ate the pizza.
I would definitely go back to order from this location!
I stopped by Pizza Pizza today, and although I don't think I caught his name correctly (I believe it was Msdg), I wanted to recognize the exceptional service I received.
His attitude was outstanding and should be the standard for what great customer service looks like. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely made the experience a positive one. Employees like him are a true asset to your team, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

The night female cook is amazing, providing good food and service despite being understaffed. Customers are greeted well and taken care of, leaving satisfied.
The kitchen staff prepares and delivers orders in a timely manner. However, the attitude of the staff at the front counter can sometimes lack courtesy. Customers have reported feeling that their questions are met with resentment or annoyance. Despite this, the food is always amazing, and the workers are generally superb, creating an exquisite atmosphere. The pizzas are always hot and fresh, and the toppings are generous. The manager has also been praised for being pleasant and accommodating, taking the time to listen to customers' needs and make suggestions.
