“Placed an order for TTC Christmas lunch at work. Food was amazing so delicious. We ordered chicken, rice, potatoes, salad, pasta with chicken which was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I will be visiting them soon to eat at their restaurant and try other dishes as their menu looks great!“

“Uptown Churrasqueira is a nice place to eat. They serve yummy chicken and fresh veggies. The chicken was a little cold, and they could have used more sauce (I asked for extra sauce), but it was still cooked well. The veggies were really fresh and tasty. There isn’t a lot of seating, so be prepared to take it on the go!I think it's a good spot to grab a bite, so I would give it five stars. You might want to try it if you're in the mood for some tasty chicken and veggies.I will add though, the area is hard to get in and out of due to the Finch traffic, but if you’re willing to brave it, then you’ve got a good chance at enjoying this place the same way that I did.“

From the moment I walked in, a warm and friendly staff member greeted me and patiently helped me navigate the menu. Everything looked delicious, but I ultimately chose the rice with chicken, a fresh corn salad, and a custard tart for dessert.

The food was packed perfectly for takeout, and each bite was an absolute delight when I got home. The custard tart paired beautifully with a cup of coffee—a perfect finish to a great meal. Michelle the manager especially is just a stellar human being - I just can't say enough she's very genuine and just a wholesome and heart-warming person if you take the time to speak with her - and the whole family from George to John really make the place a true pillar of Toronto and the small businesses that make it up. They've been in business for decades and had serious misfortune undeservedly go their way so now that they're back and up and running let's support the people that make Toronto a better place and fill our bellies with deliciousness while we're at it“

“If you want to eat a lot, delicious food at a good price, come to Marina's. From the first moment I ate their chicken, I became addicted to it. It's the best chicken I've eaten in Toronto and in Canada. The place has lots of light and a patio where you can enjoy it. On Fridays and Saturdays, they have live Brazilian music. Thanks to Marina and her husband for the delicious food they cook and the good service they provide. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Toronto.“

The chicken skin was crispy and the leg was moist and juicy! It was a tasty meal and affordable price. Definitely coming back to try the ribs! (no photos as I ate it too fast!)“

“Yesterday afternoon my 1974 graduate classmates from Vaughan Road Collegiate held a 50 year reunion here. The owner, Josue, met with us prior to help us plan the event. He guided us through the process and was very attentive to our needs. Attendance was approx. 45-50 people. The event was an amazing success. Josue and his team, including Jessica and Mariso, were excellent hosts and provided professional, courteous, 5 star service. The venue was perfect for our needs. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Thank you…!! We will return….❤️??

It is usually consistent occasionally the potatoes need more cooking sometimes and the rice is ruined if garlic salt is added. So I skip the rice and potatoes and get French fries and the chicken only. But the rice was excellent last time. Hit and miss on the rice and potatoes.“

The food looked delicious, the seafood fried rice had plenty of ingredients, lots of shrimp in the rice, and the grilled chicken was a bit dry. After I bought a Portuguese egg tart, I realized that the filling inside was not egg, but it was delicious.
This store is takeout only, and there is a paid parking lot nearby on the same street.“

It’s take-out only at this location but there’s a 4 seater bench outside.
Overall, I would recommend this place for its whole chicken, rice, potatoes and steamed veggies meal. The hot sauce is good too!

Parking: 2 spots available in front of the restaurant. The rest is street parking (wherever you can find)“
