Tim Hortons is a popular coffee and donut shop known for its fresh food and friendly staff. The spacious location offers free outdoor parking, though it can be crowded at times. The interior is generally clean, with a well-maintained dining area. Customers appreciate the courteous staff who serve hot, great-tasting coffee. The overall experience is convenient and tasty, though the management could pay more attention to the facility's upkeep. The ambiance can be busy, which may make it difficult to stand and form a line.
The staff, led by Sukhpreet, work hard to keep the work area and dining space clean and tidy, paying attention to the small details. Customers have noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including the washrooms. The staff is well-trained, and the cold brew coffee is particularly praised.
