Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sunny. The staff is happy to assist with selecting beverages and treats. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the service is quick and professional, even during busy times. The food and coffee are really good, and customers enjoy every bite and sip. The atmosphere may vary depending on personal preferences; some find the outside area unappealing due to cigarette butts and a busy, less clean environment, which makes it uncomfortable for families with babies. The restaurant offers a view of Mexican food vendors outside the window, adding a unique charm. Although the surrounding area outside can be crowded and less clean, the inside provides a welcoming and positive experience, especially during the holiday season when staff are described as rockstars.
