I truly appreciate how accommodating they are—especially when it came to my mom’s high blood pressure. They kindly minimized the salt in her chicken without hesitation. I always order the chicken shawarma wrap—it’s flavorful, filling, and never disappoints! Great food and even better service.“

It’s completely vegan, making it a perfect option for plant-based eaters, but honestly, it’s so delicious that anyone would love it. The texture, spices, and freshness were spot on—truly drool-worthy. On top of that, the service was fast and efficient, making the whole experience even better.“

“Iskender was bad. Spices used were different than used in the real Turkish döner. Lahmacun was broken into pieces and cold. No lemon, parsley and onions were delivered with lahmacun.I ordered from this restaurant again and this time food was great. I realized that actually the delivery was bad. So, I am changing my review to 5 stars.“

“I was in the area, driving around super hungry, approaching closing hour for many places and I really didn't want A&W/McD/Popeyes etc. Saw the word Shawarma looked open and yay pulled in here...but they were at end of the day and nothing on the spit. What's a girl who knows virtually nothing about Turkish food options, and without reading glasses to see the menu well, to do? The nice people made me something and off I went with my little hot package, still not quite totally knowing what I had in store. So....yum hello a fluffy and crispy baked flatbread with edges folded over, nicely spiced beef, some cheese...ahah! I just gobbled it down. And now I know what Pide is! And even better have another good place to go when around Downsview.“

“Marche Istanbul at 3220 Dufferin Street is a fantastic grocery store! They have a big variety of Turkish products at great prices, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favorite places to shop. Highly recommend!“

“This is a great place. I love places like this because they know they have to do the little things to beat the competition. Chiro is the coolest cat man. Hey, mix the homemade garlic sause with the homemade hot sause 50/50. I'm telling you.“

“A few weeks back, I met up with my good friend to stop in for a drink and dessert.

The server was really friendly and wanted us to try some desserts with our coffees. She was happy to make us a special blend of her Americano coffee for us. She did a great job!!

My friend and I were talking about Greece and opening up a cafe there and found out she was in Thessaloniki and loved it there, which is the area we were looking at opening a business.

Unfortunately, my friend had to fly out early morning so we had to leave early. We had a great time with the server and will continue the conversation the next time we are in the area.

I’m hoping she will see this and tell me what was the name of this dessert?
