Called again after that to add another item and the nice guy added the other item I forgot. Great customer service! The food was amazing!!!! The bun was fresh and soft. The burger was seasoned to perfection. And the condiments were fresh. Fries were fresh. I was craving a smash burger and this hit the spot perfectly. Plus I want to add, I ordered right before they were closing. Maybe like 10-15 minutes before. That shows a lot of integrity of a restaurant. Till the end they’re still giving their customers highly quality service. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Food, service and price all aligned perfectly.“

“I recently placed a large order from Burger Factory Oakville and everything was outstanding!

The food arrived fresh, hot, and very well prepared. I’ve tried both their beef and chicken burgers, and each one has been delicious – juicy, flavorful, and stacked with toppings. They definitely don’t hold back on the sauce, which makes every bite even better.

The fries deserve special mention as well. The seasoning is unique, very flavorful, and surprisingly addictive – it’s hard to stop once you start. The packaging was neat and organized, which made the whole experience even better.

I admit it. I was wrong about you, Sabreen's. I even cheated on you with Cafe de Khan one day .. to compare their Bihari chicken to yours. What a mistake that I made-- theirs was (way!) more expensive, smaller portion, less flavour.... and I had to bike there, instead of walk! I'm sorry I doubted you.

I've had the Bihari chicken several times (which they make fresh for you, in approximately 35-45 minutes), the Haleem... and when I was in there last, folks were raving about the Biryani. I'm going to need to pace myself.

The guy at the front is a gem. Super friendly, and giving you the inside scoop of when things are fresh-- always asking how you are with a smile. Salaams with a hand on the heart. Good people. Great food. Great friendly atmosphere. 5 stars.

“We hosted a birthday party, let me tell you she set up the room unbelievable. The balloons, color, and the wall everything looks so professionally done. I think she did better then the idea we have in our mind. Food was great, service was phenomenal. They let us stay hour and half over the time. We give her fifteen out of ten. Same goes for the restaurant service, chef, and food taste.“

“Last night, I had the pleasure of arranging a dinner for my former colleagues from Unilever Pakistan. There were about 40 of us, and I’ve had the privilege of organizing these gatherings for a few years now, each time at a different restaurant. This time, we met at Charsi Karhai, and I have to say, it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. This isn’t just my opinion; everyone who attended had glowing feedback. Here’s why: • Prayer arrangements: Since our dinner was scheduled for 7 pm, around maghrib, many of us wanted to offer prayers. The restaurant already had a decent arrangement in place, which was very thoughtful. • Personalized menu: Gill, the restaurant manager, coordinated with me to fine-tune the menu to our liking. We went back and forth with texts and calls to ensure everything was just right, and I really appreciated the effort. Both Gill and his team member, Bipsha, were extremely helpful throughout. • Private space: Half of the restaurant was allocated to us with a partition set up. This allowed us to have our own space, which gave everyone the chance to mingle freely. It was such a refreshing change from our usual restaurant experiences, where we’d end up seated at separate tables with limited interaction. • Delicious food: The food, as always, was outstanding. We ordered Chicken Karhai, Goat Karhai, Tawa Keema, Bihari Kebab, and Palak Daal. Midway through dinner, Gill suggested adding Kheer for dessert, which was a hit with everyone. We also included tea, which wasn’t in our original plan, but it made the evening even better. • Buffet style: The food was served buffet-style, which made everything so much smoother. There was no clutter on the tables, and everyone could help themselves, ensuring nothing went to waste. It also encouraged people to move around and connect with others, which really added to the warm and social atmosphere. • Excellent service: The service was top-notch. Bipsha and the team were very professional and patient, especially considering the size of our group. • Reasonable prices: The food was priced quite reasonably, especially considering all the extra touches that made the evening so special. • Personal touch: During the dinner, the restaurant owner, Jamshed, came by to check on us. He personally spoke with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and asked if there was anything else they could do to enhance our experience. It was a lovely gesture. One thing I discovered about Charsi Karhai is that they offer a customizable buffet for larger groups, which is quite unique compared to other restaurants. You get to choose the dishes you want rather than sticking to a fixed menu, which I thought was a great option. I know this may sound like I’m promoting Charsi Karhai, but I genuinely mean every word. “My daughter heard about this place on Tik Tok and we went out of our way to try it before heading to the airport. We LOVE potatoes! The food was delicous and fresh! Very unique approach to eating potatoes! Jazz was lovely and helped us to make the best choices as there are so many options :) the only complaint we had was the bathroom was out of order and we had travelled a long way to get there. Nothing to do with the food or the service ... that was excellent! Thanks Jazz!“

The flavors transport you straight to Dubai with their authentic Yemeni dishes. We indulged in both the lamb and chicken, and each was a culinary masterpiece. “I had a fantastic experience at Samir Kebab! The food was absolutely delicious – rich in flavor and clearly made with care. The ambiance is beautiful and filled with authentic Afghan cultural touches that make the whole dining experience warm and unique.

A special shout-out to Iman, the cashier/staff member, who was incredibly helpful and friendly – great service really makes a difference!

Another highlight I didn’t expect: the washrooms were super hygienic – very clean and well-maintained, which says a lot about how much they care about the details.

Their bread is freshly baked and you can eat just plain bread - it's so flavourful and right texture. The owner was so friendly and warm, and took the time to explain to me that this style of shawarma was different from the other ones in the area. Hands down, the best I've ever had! “I visited Hamdi Restaurant with my friends, but unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. We ordered a 3-person platter with 2 rice and 1 spaghetti, but they served mostly spaghetti and very little rice. The food itself tasted good, but we were expecting more rice based on what we ordered. When I asked about it, they told me it would be an extra $6 for more rice, which was frustrating since we thought it was already included. It felt a bit misleading, and the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations.“
