“I only go to this Subway when Brian is working. He’s polite, professional, and actually makes the food with care. Unfortunately, the service from the other staff is nowhere near the same level — the quality drops and the customer experience is disappointing. If it weren’t for Brian, I wouldn’t bother coming here at all.“

“This is an absolutely lovely Subway location with very friendly service. It’s evident that staff take keeping the clean the food-prep area, tables and washrooms clean. Standard fare for a Subway location, but this location stands out for the care and attention given to food prep and their very positive interactions with customers. Their “Snackwiches” menu option is an excellent deal for students at $3.99.“

“I come here regularly- I work across the street at the hospital. This location pays particular attention to detail- my meal is always accurate. The food is always fresh and I never wait- I mobile order and my sub is ready. This location really values their customers and it shows.“

“I always come here late night and by far this has been the best experience and coincidentally it’s the guy on training. His name was Khushpreet Singh. Very kind and nice, wasn’t down or sad, like the usual workers. He helped me with my indecisive choices and gave me a few laughs. You should come by and hope you get greeted by this guy. “The Subway #2604 is at 380 Iroquois Shore. If you want a Sub get yours here. The service is friendly here, the food is good. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. This location's overall appearance is very clean. We ordered a 12 inch turkey sub on whole wheat. The woman who served me did exactly what I asked her to do. She also offered to heat the sandwich which I declined. I was taking it home to share with my wife. If you like a sweet and tangy sauce get the smokey mustard on the side. Ask them if you can try the sauce first. You'll be pleased. This location gets a Ten. It's very easy to access the plaza and Tim Hortons is two shops down same plaza.“

For once customer service was excellent and made me want to eat my lunch in the restaurant and not run out of their. Patient, caring and clean with a warm atmosphere.
