“Amazing experience!! My wife and I recently went to celebrate her 50th birthday. All the staff was amazing. Our server James went over and above what we could have ever expected. The food was amazing and arrived quickly despite how busy the restaurant was that evening. The manager Rob even went so far as to give my wife a free desert with a candle lit! We were prepared to pay, but Rob insisted it was on the house. It was refreshing to receive this level of service that in my opinion has declined at other establishments, especially in the Orleans area. They really hit that “WOW FACTOR”. “I’ve been craving having a thick nicely smoked smoked meat sandwich with cheese for the longest time. So I drove myself finally to Smoky’s and ordered the 7oz on rye with fries and slaw. I must say that my craving was satisfied. The fries were unexpectedly delicious, the slaw juicy, and the sandwich was…amazing…except that…Tammy forgot to add the cheese. I will surely return to get another sandwich soon, this time with two slices of cheese instead of none.“
