Price point is always lower than competition. Curds squeak fries crisp as well as soft inside. Gravy amazing. If you aren’t a poutiner the salt and vinegar fries are also amazing.“

“Portion sizes at the Orleans location are not typical of other Five Guys locations. No longer do you get the extra dump of fries. Fries tasted old too. Burger was fine but everything about the fries spoiled Five Guys for me. Very disappointed and won't be back.“

“I love the food but if you order with the app, check your food before you leave. I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.“

“Food is fine. Service in store can be very bad when it's busy. I understand when it can be busy but completely ignoring walk ins with attention only on the drive thru is bad service. I waited for over 5 minutes in store standing at the counter and no one even acknowledged I was there. I left. This was months ago and my last few visits have been better.“

I then sat inside my truck by myself listening to the Rain eating my Pizza and honey garlic boneless wings and it was beautiful. Not only that, the pizza was fantastic. So good, I felt the need to give them a call and let them know that they make one hell of a good pizza. Dude then asked me to make a review and I'm a man of my word so here we are.
