I then sat inside my truck by myself listening to the Rain eating my Pizza and honey garlic boneless wings and it was beautiful. Not only that, the pizza was fantastic. “I took my husband and toddler son out for a Father's Day meal as the restaurant is kid friendly, and our previous experience was really positive for Mother's Day. This experience, unfortunately will deter me from ever coming back. Firstly we sat down and it took 15 minutes to even get a drink order... I believe the manager on duty gave our drink order to our server. Once we ordered our food, we had to hunt down another server to get the unlimited bread we paid for so that my son could at least have something to munch on while we wait for our food. I personally upgraded to get the all you can eat and was only ever offered one salad. I was never offered a refill on my drink, nor was my husband. Our dirty dishes stated our table for the entirety of our meal. Once we actually got our food, our server never brought us cheese to put on our pasta and pizza. The entire time we were there I felt like I had to constantly look for our server or ask somebody else for something because we just had no service. The funny part is is that at the end of our meal the same manager that came over and took our drink order at the beginning of our experience asked us how our dinner was and my husband responded “pretty brutal actually” and he responded saying “that's great to hear. Hope you guys have a good night.” we had a good laugh about that one. Needless to say, the experience was horrible, and I have never not left a tip in my entire life as I worked in the service industry for five years, but I left absolutely no tip.“

“My standards for pizza are extremely high, as everyone that knows me knows I'm a pizza addict. I eat pizza 1-2x a week minimum.

I categorize pizza places in one of three categories :

1) high end/high quality, typically everything is scratch and hand made, usually local restaurants that are not franchised get rated here

2) high quality, commercialized pizza - Gabriels, Milanos and such

3) junk/party style pizza equal to eating at McDonald's.

Pizza Pizza falls under the junk/party pizza category, so my ratings are strictly for that category and comparable to Little Ceasers, Domino's, Papa John's, 1 for 1, pizza hut, Swann and such.

I'll start by saying I haven't ordered pizza pizza in over 20 years.

I ordered two large pizzas from here, large stuffed crust pepperoni and large stuffed crust combination. I also ordered two garlic dips (classic pizza pizza add on from my pizza slices days) and jalapeno poppers.

The stuffed crust cheese is not as tasty as the little ceasers stuffed crust and significantly more expensive. I will never order stuffed crust from pizza pizza ever again, and this is part of the reason for the one star loss.

The sauce, pepperoni, cheese and dough are as I remember, low quality but junky good.

The fresh toppings (arguably the most expensive item they have there) were the typical large franchise good but the bare minimal topping on the pizza. I think I had 10-12 slices of mushrooms and 10 quarter slices of green pepper on the large. This is the other reason for the one star loss.

The Jalapeno poppers were exactly like any other place that carries 98% Frozen items in the restaurant. So in short, they are ok but nothing specifically related to Pizza Pizza, as they are the typical tannis or sysco food junk jalapeno poppers.

I decided to try pizza pizza as I was bored of little ceasers and I only do gourmet or high quality pizza every other week due to a large being $50-$60 these days.

This specific pizza pizza location seems decent. The service was fast and the quality was as expected. I paid $56 with tax for two large pizzas, jalapeno poppers, two garlic dips, and 4 drinks, so value wise they are way up there on the list, when you're ordering alot of food.

Little Ceasers will always be my go to for junk pizza, but pizza pizza has earned a temporary tie for number the number 1 go to junk pizza place on my list.

I will order again soon and update my ratings as needed.“

“Great Pizza and Even Better People!

Stopped by Tangerine Pizza and was really impressed. The pizza was freshly made, with a perfect crust and generous toppings—definitely one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a while.

The owner was an older gentleman—super friendly and clearly knows his craft. There was also a very kind attendant who even upgraded our order to a medium pizza at no extra charge, which was a lovely surprise.

You can tell they put care into both the food and the service. Would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality and a personal touch.“

“Of all the "Gabriel's" pizza outlets in this part of South Ottawa, this one is the very best.

"Tony" and his team are friendly, helpful and they cook great food. The restaurant is always clean and well-heated or air-conditioned.

They make not only the best pizzas in the area (which are generously sized and well-topped), but also the breakfasts at this location are legendary for their quality and deliciousness. Breakfast sessions on the weekend are nearly always full to capacity - so arrive early, or arrive about noon.

Highly recommended venue!

Parking: Good-sized lot.

We tried the, donair egg rolls, escagot gratin, beef tartar and my husband decided the beef dip would be a good entré! lol For our mains, three of the four of us had the steak special for the week which they all said was absolutely amazing, I had the seafood special which was a salmon with bok choy, cauliflower puree and a miso reduction I believe, the flavors incorporated so well together and the fish was perfectly cooked with crispy skin!
