Food is good but they will inevitably mess something up with your order every single time.
I don't usually go to McDonald's but I was interested in the World Heist menu.
I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich to try and when I got home realised that neither the Marinara sauce or Parmesean sauce were on the sandwich. Instead of Marinara sauce, they put the Spicy McCrispy sauce on it.
If I was told by the employees that they weren't able to make it as they didn't have the ingredients, I'd be OK with that. However, they didn't tell me.

McDonald's is a convenient restaurant with an easy-to-use app for ordering and a welcoming atmosphere for families, where plenty of children enjoy the happy meals with toys in the box. The staff is generally friendly and patient, although there are some concerns about the service. While the parking lot can be chaotic and the drive-thru experience is not always pleasant, the restaurant remains wheelchair accessible and has polite drivers. However, there are mixed experiences with food preparation and order accuracy, as some customers report long wait times for coffee and missing items or incorrect orders. Despite the challenges, the food continues to fill empty bellies and offers a familiar experience.
