It's been a while since Macdonald's service standards or overall feel were something to be impressed by. This place is no exception. As for the food, it's acceptable and that's about it.
Much more convenient using the app and makes the process easier and faster. The app has also improved overtime and somewhat easier to use even if it takes some time to get used to it.

I know that when I go to McDonalds, I know I'm not going for a five star dining experience but tonight's experience at the Innes / Tenth Line restaurant was abysmal. It would be nice if:a - When you're waiting in the drive thru lane to place your order and a car pulls up in the open lane beside you and they get served first, that's unacceptable.
