Only downside might be that this place is quite popular so there can be long wait times (as seating is limited) and quite a bit of noise (at the time of writing, on most days the restaurant is filled with a lot of people who can be quite disruptive to a happy meal).“

“Abdullah from Factory Barbecue Chicken was absolutely amazing to work with. We were running many events on Saturdays and needed a variety of food for our guests and student programs—sometimes chicken wings and sometimes other meals. Everything was always delicious, especially the hot sauce!

Abdullah was extremely reliable and professional. He always arrived on time and personally delivered the food himself. The service was friendly, efficient, and the quality of the food was excellent.

I would recommend Abdullah 24/7 without hesitation. If we have future student programs or events, we will definitely continue to use his business.

“So impressed with how good this place was!! The crispy ribs with chili pepper were fried to perfection and so crisp + flavourful! The chicken sandwiches were also perfectly crisp with juicy meat, and even the lettuce was fresh and crispy. Portion size was big too. Loved the spice and sauciness of the mala suicide chicken sandwich and will definitely be coming back here again 😊 even after driving home it was still crispy so I imagine having it fresh would be even better“

Huge portions, one Swarma feeds two or one will be really full :) I may sneak out and have dinner there one night, just me and eat a whole Swarma to myself. “Chai Kee has similar style as the previous Jim Chai Kee in Richmond hill. The difference is that this one is self served style with a famous speciality - pork liver noodle. Pork liver is something you cannot make it well and at Chai Kee, it is very well made. Their menu is somewhat specialized a beef, pork liver and fish ball (more like fresh fish paste) . They have nice noodles , deep fried fish skin and for some reason, they have condensed milk toast with milk tea. I have been there at least four times :) At the beginning , it was very crowded but now it is a nice busy pace. I love their pork liver and beef noodle . I also had fish ball and liver noodle too. What I liked about them: 1. Amazing price 2. Good food and the pork liver is amazing 3. Very clean 4. Nice service So I’d recommend chai Kee for a good wholesome noodle place For an amazing price“

The food is consistently incredible every single time. Favorites: rose tteokbokki, snow cheddar wings, waffle fries, mac & cheese bites, ramen chip or nugget dog — and the sauces (especially the mayos, even wasabi!) are unreal. I’ve brought friends and it never disappoints.

They’re reliably open, prices are fair, and even when I ordered close to closing, the staff were thoughtful and kind (handwritten thank-you notes on the boxes!).

“We ordered birria tacos and a bbq steak burrito bowl. The tacos were warm, very juicy, and definitely not lacking with their quantity of meat. The beef was easy to eat as well, very tender. For the bowl, the sauces were good, very balanced and with the rice and other toppings. The meat was great as well. The seating area is a little limited, and it is warm, unless the doors open for incoming customers. It is a little expensive but fair for the quality and quantity of food.“
