“We were a party of 4, one member of our group had serious mobility struggles . All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. Their kindness did not go unnoticed … service was top notch - food was alright - mashed potatoes were terrible but otherwise, would recommend ! Thank you.“

“We recently went for a family night out and had dinner here. Linda was our sever and was fantastic. Not only did she entertain my terrible “listen Linda” jokes, but she had some funny jokes of her own. Dinner was delicious and Linda checked in on us frequently. We will definitely come back.“

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.“

Our drinks were never empty, our food was perfect, and she somehow managed to be everywhere at once - all with a smile and great energy.

You can tell when someone truly cares about their job, and Josie really does. She didn’t just serve us dinner, she made the whole experience better. “The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

“We had a great experience at Milestones Grill + Bar, made even better by our server, Jessica. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and her recommendations were spot on.

We were celebrating my partner's retirement, and Jessica really helped make the occasion feel special. For food, we ordered the Spicy Chili Chicken, Blackened Chicken Fettucine, and Spicy Shrimp Noodles. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared—the Spicy Chili Chicken had the perfect kick, the Fettuccine Chicken was rich and comforting, and the Spicy Shrimp Noodles were packed with bold flavors.

Jessica made sure everything came out exactly as we wanted, and her positive attitude really stood out. To top it all off, she surprised us with a complimentary white chocolate cheesecake to celebrate, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture.

“We asked for a quiet area to sit they sat a family with little kids having a birthday party next to us and another group of about 15 people just down from us the cutlery is dirty none of the knife and forks match the location by the highway has gone down hill we been waiting for our food for about and hour and people that ordered after us got their food The seats are dirty and ripped and holes new furniture in here and plus the tables always sticky gross and service very bad and no tip from us“
