“I swung by Starbucks today and was blown away by Joshua’s warmth and sincerity. My order was nothing fancy, but he still went out of his way to make sure I was getting the most out of my visit—he offered suggestions, answered all my questions, and had this genuinely caring vibe that’s hard to come by. To top it off, when I tried to leave him a tip for his help, he politely turned it down, saying he just wanted me to enjoy my day. Honestly, that kind of attitude isn’t just great service—it’s downright inspiring. If anyone should be showing others how it’s done, it’s definitely Joshua.“

“MIKE!! The only reason I’m writing is review is because of Mike. I was at this location today and I truly never Come to Starbucks, But I was dying for a cold coffee And I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, so Mike Was serving me and I said I don’t know what I’m looking forward to some sort of blended coffee like an ice cap thing we had it back-and-forth and he helped me and got me exactly what I wanted! I also would just like to say it was busy as hell in there and not only was Mike taking customers at cash. He was also running to the back to get beverages that the other employees were out of like whole milk and lemonade whatever, and when there wasn’t anyone to be checked out, he immediately jumped in to start helping make blended drinks while pulling things out of a toaster that were being warmed up. He ran around there working so hard and he was so nice and he really helped me at the cash, not only with my drink and I just wanted to give a big shout out To Mike for being so awesome and working so hard and making me wanna come back!!!“

“I can get a Starbucks most anywhere but this is my Starbucks of choice. It all comes down to the staff; they’re always genuinely friendly and they’ve taken the time to learn my name and even know what my standard drink order is. It’s THE Starbucks for a beverage on-the-go and all-star baristas.“

Even during a busy rush, while managing the storefront with just two people, she maintained her calm, pleasant demeanor and delivered exceptional customer service.
