“Just tried Midami Sushi in downtown Whitby for the first time and all the 5 star google reviews were true. The staff were great and the food was amazing quality with huge portions for the price. We didn’t order sushi but had the Chicken Poke bowl and the chicken teriyaki. salad and miso soup included were also top notch. Highly recommend“

“I love going to Osaka! The prices can be a bit steep, but the food is always delicious and worth it. I usually go for the all-you-can-eat option—no matter how light I try to eat, I somehow end up spending close to $50 for just myself, so the $34 dinner deal makes more sense.
The staff—especially the lady and the gentleman behind the counter—are always super friendly and great to chat with. My go-to dishes are the Avocado Hand Roll and their “Out of Control Roll,” both of which are consistently fresh and flavorful.
The location is also super convenient, right near the bus stop at Simcoe and Bond. The only odd thing is that my bill often ends up about $10 more than I expect, even when I just order water—so double-check your totals.
Overall, though, Osaka is still one of my favorite spots in town for sushi!“
“if you want the rice bowl, ASK the server to make it onsite if you can, because it's wayyyy better than the ones in the fridge. the salmon rolls always taste nice and the seaweed salad tastes very off (basically, don't buy it). generally service is very nice!!!“

“It was a good sushi to try out. i tried the fried shrimp sushi. Not on the pricey side. And even you can get some offers if you are there just before they close. This also makes me happy like they don’t sell the same item the very next day !!“

“This place is 10/10 everything we tried was amazing. Did the all you can eat, small portions but it’s great you get to try so much more. I think we said ok last round 6 times the desert is unbelievable. All I can say is this place is great. Took photos of the golden taro and sweat potato ball.
Then also the tiramisu mousse mini cake.
Do your self a favour and eat at the rainbow sushi.“
