I custom ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday but when I arrived to pick it up, it hadn’t been made. They asked if I could come back in 90 minutes but I had driven almost 30 minutes specifically to get this cake so I said no. Then they did the 5-star thing and said they would deliver it! Mistakes are going to happen but how a business handles their errors speaks volumes. I love this particular branch as the service is fantastic. I order frequently but the last three times I’ve ordered the ice cream was gritty. This grainy texture usually happens when the ice cream melts and is refrozen.
