“I love the food but if you order with the app, check your food before you leave. I hadn’t ordered in months and was really looking forward to the buffalo chicken strips and they gave me regular chicken strips. We ordered a bottled iced tea and got a can instead. Of course everything is in bags and sealed so it makes it harder but it’s important. Not only did the cook make the wrong food but even the lady who packages it before you get it doesn’t notice.“

The food is all certified halal for those who care, and the kitchen is viewable, so you know it's clean.

“We ordered the whole chicken platter- it came with two sides and garlic bread. The chicken was just as expected when it comes to Nando’s, Soft, flavourful and just beautifully cooked overall. The garlic bread was overall okay. Could have been a little more garlicky, as it tasty mostly like toasted bread but was still good overall. The fried however lacked that kick or taste I remember from other nando’s locations. Overall a pleasant experience still. and the chicken, star of the show came through, So can’t complain !“

“Love the chicken but a few employees at the Hunt club rd Ottawa On location need to learn how to count ... been there 3 times since reopening (after the pandemic and even before it) They seem to short change me on my 5 piece tender combos the last 2 times visiting that store... i got 3 small pieces and hardly any fries and always missing the blackened ranch dip sauces thats in my meal and my husband's meal, he ordered the same 5 piece combo tenders with fries with the blackened ranch dips and he received 2 large pieces of tenders and half a box of fries and missing his biscuits. well the hunt club rd was to far to go back to complain (we bought our meal on the drive home from shopping yesterday and waited to eat at home). Plus with the strict serving restricitions in place for restaurants to be able to serve public... 4 customers to be in store at a time well there was more than 4 and it seems to be more of a social club /party (8 young people ... teens maybe early 20's there and no masks on even though it states no masks no entry on a notes thru out the location). Anyhow the HUNT CLUB RD LOCATION ...I would not recommend due to the lack of service and health and safety violations i saw yesterday!“
