“I was very impressed by the drinks, very very yummy! The cheesecake was also amazing. The decor was fresh and modern and pretty. Not as impressed with the tiramisu, which was an odd kind of foamy/gelatiny something. And they really need to get a handle on the amount of plastic waste - even the plastic forks were wrapped in plastic; each cake slice wrapped in plastic; plastic plastic plastic. At least find something biodegradable, there's things on the market now! I would definitely go again but I'd bring my own mug and fork.“

This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. Thank you for being the loveliest hosts! I’m not a coffee or tea drinker, but I’ll certainly tell all my friends about how kind the staff were!“

“Del Piacerre was absolutely amazing, it was a bit slow at first but I’ve got to say we were done our food in like 30 minutes. The food was so good. The server even offered us a half and half pizza so it wouldn’t be so much. I loved it“

I liked the calm environment, staff were all very polite and helped me find what I wanted to drink.
I ate a vegan steak wrap, it was okay but I wished it had more flavor.
Unfortunately my organic Chai tea tasted very watered down or something. Just tasted of hot water.
*I did try 1 date square and it tasted great and hasn't heavy on the sugar, which I loved.

*I would like to see more gluten free/vegan options on their menu in the future.

“The Nostalgica Burger was tasty. The beef patty had a nice charred texture that paired well with the roasted bell peppers. However, it could use a bit more salt and pepper in the patty. The sweet potato fries were delicious and could be enjoyed as a snack on their own. Overall, I had a great experience.“

It turned out to be a rainy day and they opened for the students so that the students wouldn’t be disappointed. The people here are great, too. The staff are always courteous and prioritize guest comfort, even on busy nights. The food itself is a little bit pricey, but I like coming here and I appreciate having it in the neighbourhood. Everything I’ve tried has tasted perfect and I like that the options are familiar, but a little elevated.“

All the food is delicious. The atmosphere is good. Our new favourite restaurant when we are in Kanata. It’s great to have a vegetarian restaurant with so many excellent choices, and healthy too!“
