Went to the counter and asked about got coffees and received a gesture in response. Decided on a medium cappuccino. Got a half full cup top up with foam. No pleasantries such as "thank you" or "have a nice evening". Coffee and service both disappointing.
Very rude staff. Today I was there around 6 pm and ordered a Cappuccino. The drink was nothin like a normal Cappuccino, so I respectfully asked about the drink and wanted to know how that differs from the Starbucks one. The lady wearing all black was super rude in responding. She clearly had no idea about customer service. I will never go to this location again.
