Very nice place! Clean, nice employees and very kind owner who welcomed us warmly. I never experienced that! Food was great, I liked how we could build our burger from scratch and I highly recommend the waffle fries as well as their special sauce. ?
I don't know if this franchise is under new management or something but their customer service has gone extremely down hill. In the past couple months I haven't had a single order that was correct. Forgetting drinks that were paid for, forgetting key ingredients to some of their pre-topped burgers. I got a bacon cheeseburger once and both the bacon and cheese were missing but were paid for.
