We got the 2 for 1 deal on the True North Burger and the char was excellent! I don't want ground beef red in the middle, a steak yes, but not a burger.
No one there, took a long time to get food. Burger was tasty, fries were homemade but soggy, $20 for not that much. It was “meh”.

South St. Burger is a great spot near campus, offering quick service and a convenient study spot for students. Their burgers and milkshakes are highly praised. The clean and welcoming atmosphere, along with the option to build-your-own burgers and delicious waffle fries, make it a must-visit. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as mix-ups on toppings and occasionally burnt burgers. However, many people enjoy the friendly service, excellent food, and student-friendly prices. Sweet potato fries and lettuce wraps are highly recommended. The tattooed guy who makes the burgers does an amazing job every time, with burgers always fresh, perfectly cooked, and made with care. The flavour of Doritos is a nice touch to the burger. Tourists from Montreal enjoyed their time, finding good food, generous portions, and a good price. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, with Jen being the best in making sure guests have everything.
