Taco Bell, known for its offerings, has mixed reviews regarding service and accessibility. Some customers have praised the manager's friendly and kind demeanor, while others find the service rushed and unfriendly. There have been complaints about changes in the beef burrito's ingredients and a malfunctioning soda machine. It's important to note that there are no gluten-free options available. Accessibility is considered good as it is located in a mall, but some customers find it hard to locate and dislike the inflated prices. Deals on the app or online ordering can provide more reasonable pricing.
