If you like to customise your burger, this is the last place you want to go. I have boycotted them for over a year for getting the order wrong and decided to give them another try today, dining in for the first time at this location. Soda machine has a massive variety of drinksBurgers were fresh, Strawberry Frosty was tasty. Chicken Sandwich was tastyService was quick and friendlyTypical Wendy's, the place is clean and the service is usually pretty good. I don't mind stopping here for a quick bite

This is by far my favourite Wendy's location in Ottawa. I don't usually give reviews, but tonight, I drove over to this branch after having experienced the worst possible attempt at ordering in the Terminal Ave. Wendy's, and man, the Bank St. staff just made my night. Their service was swift and speedy. I don't think we waited more than a couple of minutes. You guys are superstars. Thanks a lot! I come to this location all the time and I've never been let down.
