“We’ve been there a few times all the staff are super friendly. First time there wasn’t many other customers but our service was still fast and the ice cream was great! Second time we went there was a line up but it was super quick because they have a few staff members working at a time! We wanted a milk shake which they don’t make yet but did say it’s coming in the near future! Thanks again and happy to have ice cream store here in Burford again that’s is actually open regular hour!“

“So impressed with this location! The team was extremely accommodating with a custom cake request. I made the request on Thursday for a Saturday morning pick up. Unfortunately I had to change the time for a Friday pick up, and the team was able to get it done in a day! The custom cake had a printed image and it turned out amazing!!

“Both times I’ve ordered a cake from them this past year, the young girl on the phone has been so sweet and accommodating. Also, the cakes were exactly what we asked for. Great customer service from my experience!

Also, there’s lots of parking and a few picnic tables to sit and eat at if you’re looking to go for ice cream. No drive-thru and no store front, as it’s a walk-up window only. They do have pre-made cakes if you’re needing one last minute.“

“We love the ice cream so much that we went during a cold and rainy day for a treat for the whole family. All the kids ( small, adult and fur baby )sat outside with our hoodies up and loved every lick! The service is always friendly too!“
