“I unfortunately had a horrible experience when I called to order a gift certificate. They took the money off my Visa card on the Sunday, I got confirmation from Dawn via email saying it was mailed to the people I purchased it for on the Monday. I should mention the people who were getting the gift certificate live in Perth!! They never received it so that Friday the people I purchased it for went down to look into the situation as I live to far away to do that. They were told to give it a few more days!!! They finally received it Tuesday. I was very embarrassed and a nice gesture of gift certificate turned I to an embarrassing situation. The nice couple I was trying to surprise with a gift certificate ended up having to run around looking for it. Definitely not very good customer service in my opinion. I hope they enjoy their dinner on me but I definitely wouldn't deal with this restaurant again after this run around. Thanks Shannon“
