“I was there for the open house on April 1st 2022 The lineup was understandably long but was moving at a steady pace. I was impressed how the staff were focused on their jobs and were able to get food and drink orders out in a timely manner. I also enjoyed my cappuccino very much!“

“Friendly skilled staff. I was greeted with a smile. My drink was perfectly made. Vibed out. Staff and I jammed to some Radio Head blasting from the speakers. I was the only one in the dining area. It felt like I was in a private club. "Itza membas' only" the extra cost compared to other coffee shops was worth the great experience.“

Ordered a Venti de-cafe Americano no ice and asked for a Trenta cup full of ice ( which I do everytime with no issues ) I was told no I couldn't have the Trenta cup of ice I could only have a tall cup of ice, I explained that I have always had this order with no issues. I was informed it was a new policy from a few months ago, I have had purchased this order many, many times with no issues. The cashier agreed to give me the Trenta of ice ( advised me she was doing me a favour ), when the Americano arrived instead of being cold they served it to me warm. Come on people! Never had a warm Americano served to me, was this their punishment for ordering a cup of ice?
Worst of warning go to any other location for good customer service.“
