Starbucks in Oshawa

“Went through the drive through. Ryan was amazing and connected really well with myself and my child while we were waiting for our drinks. Ryan was efficient and handled everything well. Took my order promptly and both drinks were made correctly. The cake pop was good too.“

“This Starbucks on 2670 Simcoe St. N, in North Oshawa is my favourite location close to home. The staff are always warm, friendly, and super accommodating. They really take the time to make your drink exactly how you like it — and if there’s ever a small mix-up, they happily fix it with a smile.

On my last visit they wrote “You are loved so matcha!” on my cup and it genuinely made my day. ☺️ Little moments like that turn a simple coffee run into something special.

Great service, great people, and clearly a team with a good sense of humour. Thanks for always making my Starbucks runs that “matcha better!”😉🫶🏾☕️“

Today I went to oshawa center with my son to buy coffee in Starbucks and I told the cashier it was my son’s birthday. At another location he didn’t get a drink because they were asking so many questions if he has app and loyalty etc.
The cashier’s name was Jot, and she was so kind and humble. She said, 'No problem, I will get him a free drink.' Omg, she made my son’s day!
I was also watching another employee, Christine, and I could see how tired and sweaty she was. But the way she made the drinks was unbelievable with all the love.
I love these two girls and how they do their job with love and honesty. I wish all Starbucks employees treated their customers this way.
