“Great spot away from the main areas and the service and staff are fantastic. I ordered a custom tasting and they gave me an extra glass incase I didn’t like the original Chardonnay that I ordered, which actually turned out to be true. I liked the second one that they brought out to me! And then they gave us a tasting of their homemade spritz but we fell in love with the rose and grabbed a bottle to bring home.

They have home made pizza and a Hawaiian one that we wished we could have tried but we just came from eating brunch. Lots of seating outside and a cute dog relaxing in the grass. Beautiful vineyard in the back with some games too“

“My friend and I were camping in the area and stopped into Picton during the rain. We were looking for casual dining and that’s what we received. Laid back, friendly and let me tell you (!!!) the fries were perfect and the onion rings were amazing!!! The young lady Amelia was a lovely server and we had a lovely chat. Kyde was also kind and hard working. We also enjoyed learning about their dedication to their year round customers and their section dedicated to those who hold them up in the off season. Very impressed with this place outside of Picton on the road to Sandbanks!!! Many blessings“

Rikki helped expertly guide us through the planning process, providing recommendations, guidance, and answering any questions we had with genuine care. As for the venue itself - Waupoos is truly stunning and you will not regret booking your wedding here. The backdrop of Lake Ontario and vineyards is absolutely stunning and multiple guests commented on how beautiful it all was. Plus, the food is some of the best I have ever had (and Chef accommodated my gluten and dairy allergy + everyone else’s restrictions/preferences as well). People are still talking about his brisket! Seriously, we could not have asked for anything more and 100% recommend Waupoos Estates!“

“Sands & Pearl nailed it. The service was personal, the food was incredible, and the whole place had such a good energy. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving and where it comes from. The oysters were fresh, the fish and chips were crispy and locally sourced, and the cocktails were creative.

The atmosphere tied it all together, candlelight porch inside, bonfire out back, good music, and chill vibed clientele. It’s the kind of place that feels local and still special 🍻“
