“well we have eaten here since it opened and had our first bad experience :-( Our server was inattentive (I think new) and never did bring my water til asked a third time. Never got my lemon in the water. And assumed my hubby would taste the wine when it was I that ordered it..hrmmmm So we ordered, I had the foie Gras ( I know, but I have not had it in years) It was under cooked and nearly raw , it actually RAN when I cut it. It is supposed to be semi firm not runny....and it was served with over toasted baguette slices. so hard I could not even cut with my knife let alone bite thru it, I had to order untoasted bread. Waiter did not seem to give it much thought when I told him, nor ask to take it back and get another. The Prime Rib was excellent, the meal as a whole was as per usual GREAT. But the Foie Gras...nope, never getting that again.”

“The lady who made the sub on Saturday afternoon was good. The ingredients were kind of meh, 😑 the bread tasted like rubber, as with any other Subway. Nice seating area, but they could clean the tables once in a while.”

“This place came recommended from multiple coworkers and we had a special occasion to celebrate. We had our second wedding anniversary and we shared a bunch of different tapas. It was a good time and they brought out a sparkler with our dessert. I would love to try some of the seafood tapas but my wife doesn't like seafood. I will have to come back to try some of the other items.”

“This was my first experience in Pitaland. Suman was really good at customer service, she very patiently told me all the available options. I chose Chicken shwarma plate. This was one of the best cooked chicken shwarma I ever had.”

“We have been getting cakes here for years. This year we ordered a cake with a photo on it and it was absolutely amazing! The photo quality was next level and they added sprinkles to match the colours in the photo which was such a nice touch/surprise. My son was so happy with his cake. Always a 10/10.”

Our waiter Mike was incredible 🥰 The service and food was exceptional and before we left we made another reservation. My husband and I are Italian and the food has such deep flavour all made to perfection, everything from the start to the very end (appetizers to dessert) was the BEST ! We both left there so extremely satisfied… experience it yourself - you will NOT be disappointed. It’s our favourite restaurant now, hands down beats any other restaurant in Orillia. Worth every dollar spent there. Can’t wait to go there again ❤️”

“Always the best meals and service! We come by every year on our way up (or back down or sometimes both LOL) from camping. The freezer meals save me from cooking when I get back home and the canned pickles and salsa are the ULTIMATE!!! Very reasonable prices and the portions are perfect! This is my husbands favourite place to eat! We love your restaurant!!!”

Note: Please make sure your hot drinks are served hot. You can let the drink cool down but you can't quite up the temperature to ones taste once it's in the cup. Our lattes were barely warm for our tastes.”

“I was served the most delicious burger I’ve ever eaten. The made in house patty was succulent and cooked to perfection. The boar bacon was juicy. The pickled onions were the perfect pucker-y condiment. The local cheese was divine. Pair that with their top notch fries, beautifully seasoned and served with a house made ketchup. I’ve been dreaming about it since. Our server was wonderful, A1 service! She (I can’t recall her name) came for a quality check and I turned with a single tear running down my cheek and asked her to hold me, I was having a spiritual moment with my meal. The Innis & Gunn was cold and the lines were clean! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the food that we had! We will be back - and that’s a promise!!!”

“Our server was fantastic. Very courteous and friendly. We started with Pretzel dip which was excellent. I ordered Chicken Teryaki Bowl which was wonderful. The vegetables were nice snd crisp and chicken veggies were perfectly seasoned . My husband ordered steak and bam bam shrimp. Meal was wonderful Although, thought it was a tad odd, my husband's meal did not come with either vegetables and/or rice”

“Bedrock cafe is owned by a wonderful family and they have BY FAR the best pizza around. I’ve been getting pizza here since I was a child and it’s still my favourite. If you’re in or around the area make sure you stop at bedrock for some pizza and meet the wonderful staff! 🍕”

“Went to East Sides in Orillia last night and was served by Robbylee. She was incredibly bubbly anns outgoing and she was great with my children. She said she was newer but you wouldn't have been able to tell with the speed and quality of her service.

“I am sad to say that I don't have a photo of my breakfast to add... but that's because it looked so delicious I didn't even take one. and I ALWAYS take photos. my eggs were cooked perfectly 👌 which I am SUPER picky about. toast was buttered to perfection and the staff, although busy were polite and quick to clear tables. I would recommend 💯”

“Stylish, eclectic, the owner of the cafe is making the lattes behind the counter. Such a friendly guy. Great service. Just an all-around wonderful place to hang out inside or out on the patio. AND they have special Taco and Cocktail nights, who doesn't love that!?”
