my partner was there today and actually took pictures of dirty cutlery and broken tableware. Once food was served he found hairs on the food. He tried to speak with the restaurant manager but he wasn't receptive at all and told him the hairs on the food was his.
I wonder if this is how you treat your customers and what your excuse would be for the broken china and dirty cutlery.
the Tim sum is very good. better than many tim sum in Singapore. very crowded, waited for an hour for a table. highly recommended.
