“I used to think Juicy Joes didn’t exist, as my maps app took me to their old location.

I wrote it off as being a myth, then I overheard someone at the gym say it was their favourite burger, and I think I put more effort in running here than I did during my lift.

I got the pineapple express burger. It was unreal and the staff really made this review necessary to write. Extremely nice people who checked in on my meal and made sure I enjoyed my order.

Few things to note:
- Menu is easy to read and high quality.
- Music was really good.
- Dining area is super clean.

I was in the area and decided to have lunch with my Dad. He’s never had a Smash burger ever in his life and this was a good day to have one. I personally have had a few smash burgers before at other restaurants, however I too will be in the same boat as my dad eating them here, at A&W.

We got the Double Smash Combos. It was hot, juicy, and delicious. My Dad appreciates the paper bag when holding the burger cause it keeps his hands cleaner LOL 😂. The fries were crispy and the coffee is great. We had a fun time here. We were glad we tried the limited edition smash burgers and got the Rooty keychains. We would definitely come back again. Great location 👍.

“Nice spot on Granville. Gluten free options! I had the gluten free margherita pizza and thought the crust was excellent. They were so thoughtful and accommodating of my gluten free request, made sure they noted that I had celiac and assured me they would try to keep cross contamination to a minimum. I had no issues!

Good drinks! Had the spicy passion fruit margarita, very tasty! My husband had the red truck lager and he liked it a lot. He also had the ahi tuna ceviche which was excellent.

We went on a Saturday around 11:30 AM and were seated immediately. Bit of a wait when we left around 12:30 PM. I could see this place get busy when the weather is nice, as they have outdoor seating. Good views!“

“Kapow Burger is a fun, quirky spot with a small seating area inside and a roadside patio that gives it a lively, casual vibe. They have games you can bring to your table, which makes it a great place to hang out with friends while you eat. It’s self-service, but the staff were super quick and really friendly.

We both ordered the Double Kapow and the burger itself was really good. My only small complaint was that the buns were cold..a warm bun would’ve taken it from great to top-notch.

It’s definitely a loud, busy place on a Saturday night, but that just adds to the energetic atmosphere. A solid spot if you’re looking for a fun, no-frills burger night. 🍔“

“This is my second time at MeeT on Main and I am writing it yet another review as it truly deserves! This place is a MUST go. Last year I found myself unsure of where to take my girlfriend for our first real dinner date due to her dietary restrictions and tentatively made our way for this Vegan restaurant that both I and her had raised a brow about (For more on that review seek out Raven Bramblepaw on Google reviews to see!) But we are more than pleased to say we have returned and couldn't be happier to have done so, this time bringing with us my girlfriends parents. The food was just as good as we remembered, possibly even better as it is not an over exaggeration that if you did not know what was infront of you was vegan, you likely wouldn't guess. This restaurant will continue to be a staple for my relationship with my girlfriend Fox, and we will continue to come back every year if we should be so lucky. “Exceptional! We had burger, cod tacos and salmon salad. The burger patty tasted like a home made and was awesome. Cod tacos were very good too. Salmon salad just good.
It is not a restaurant of course but very decent for a fast food. Me and my family recommend it!“

“Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality. I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.“

“Definitely a respectable smash burger. Patty is well seared with lots of crispy bits on the edges and a great flavour. Sauce was good on the burger as well (I had the big cheeser).

The location is typical Chinatown, pretty rough and dirty outside but ok after coming inside. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant. Not a huge deal, but there was a significant amount flying around our food.

I wanted to love the dirty fries but they just didn’t do it for me. Tasted like bagged fries with toppings on them. Looked good and portions were generous though, just didn’t live up to the hype.

Gluten free bun upcharge was 3.75 which is the highest upcharge for a gluten free bun I’ve encountered in the city.

Service was friendly though and the burger itself is definitely worth trying, however, there is definitely a lot of hype around this place from social media and I’m not sure it lives up to the hype.“

“If you're looking for amazing Chinese-style fried chicken, this place is definitely worth a visit! The chicken is marinated incredibly well, so every bite is packed with flavor. It's juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned all the way through.

We also tried the chicken sandwitch and fries, and they were just as impressive. The chicken fillet inside the burger was extra crispy on the outside while staying moist and tender inside. The chicken strips had the same satisfying crunch, and the fries were freshly cooked, crispy, and well-seasoned.

The portion sizes are very generous, making it excellent value for the price. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put real care into preparing the food instead of just relying on heavy seasoning or sauces.

If this restaurant ever opened a location in Richmond, I honestly think it would give many local fried chicken places some serious competition. It's one of the best fried chicken meals I've had in a long time, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!“

“great experience with pleasant staff at this location. food is hot, fresh and correct. they were very busy however I didn't need to wait long. price is a bit high for a chain restaurant but they give enough fries, have free peanuts and the meat is not thin as paper so I was actually full. surprsing clean dining area, bathrooms, and kitchen area during my visit which I have not seen in my recent visits to many fast food restaurants. enjoyed a yummy quick bite. love the burgers customizable with free cheese and bacon as toppings“

The Teriyaki Wings were enjoyed thoroughly.
1 suggestion: the lettuce wrap pieces were too small to make a proper wrap. A much larger sized lettuce piece(s) is needed Otherwise my guest enjoyed the dish.
A very pleasant server & hostess were very welcoming. Service and plating were excellent

“I had the Masala Veggie Burger combo with onion rings and a Coke, and everything was delicious! The burger was fresh, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice. The onion rings were crispy and cooked perfectly, and the Coke was ice cold, making the meal even better. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
