“All i have to say is WOW. This new spot is clean, simple and the staff is SO wonderful!! It’s been a while since i’ve had this good of service. I got the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was sooo sweet and genuine. Now for the food, delicious!! One of the best smash patties i’ve had—the skirt of the beef was so crispy and flavorful. Paired perfectly with the mayo and cheese in my burger. They even gave me a free cookie - which was also delicious.

“Absolutely loved Petite Bao! I had the fried chicken bao burger and the pork belly bao burger — both were SO good. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the pork belly was perfectly tender and rich.

Such a fun surprise that they give free popcorn too — such a nice touch while you wait. Great vibes, great food, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!“

“Food was amazing. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to be seated, but since it is a small restaurant, that is understandable. The only downside was the hostess. She came across as rude and dismissive, which made the long wait feel even worse. Thankfully, the food more than made up for it in the end.“

“great experience with pleasant staff at this location. food is hot, fresh and correct. they were very busy however I didn't need to wait long. price is a bit high for a chain restaurant but they give enough fries, have free peanuts and the meat is not thin as paper so I was actually full. surprsing clean dining area, bathrooms, and kitchen area during my visit which I have not seen in my recent visits to many fast food restaurants. enjoyed a yummy quick bite. love the burgers customizable with free cheese and bacon as toppings“

“Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality. I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.“

This is a proper fast food shack with reasonably priced, absolutely delicious food and some good shakes too. Its open air in the summer and worth grabbing lunch at year-round. Please keep this place in business for a long time lol 🙏“

“This was a wonderful restaurant for me and my boyfriend to go to for valentines day. The atmosphere was nice and dim-lit but it wasn't too fancy where we felt out of place. We were sat next to the fireplace which was beautiful and they had the olympics playing in the back on TV's! The location in Granville island and on the water is perfect for a date. Our waiter was named Yevhen and he was absolutely wonderful! He seemed to always be there when we needed him, was incredibly kind and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came so unbelievably quick, I was so impressed. I got the Raspberry Crush cocktail which was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Amazing food, service and location. “The best burgers in downtown. Its my go to spot for them. Their milkshakes are amazing as well. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff there are awesome. Out of all of them I would like to give a special shoutout to the doorman. The guy with the sunglasses, ponytail and a suit. He is an absolute legend and its always great chatting with him. “A great landmark that has been around for over a 100 years under different names. Recommend by the concierge at our hotel and so glad that we took his advice.
Food, service and vibe are exactly what a diner should be. Take your kids so that they know what a diner was like…before they are all gone! Old jukebox, door handles shaped like cutlery, tabletop seating, the checkered tiles and fake leather seats…what’s not to love! Bottomless coffee, friendly servers, one main cook in the little kitchen making all the food. Love it! Eggs Bene was the real deal.

“I like this location.. It's tucked away under this fancy hotel in this food court area, And it's an absolute gem. It's not so much where it's located- though that's neat- itsthe food, it's absolutely excellent, every single time. & The people that run this location obviously take pride in their work. Super friendly. Even to an awkward duck like me. ;p Worth every penny.

I love grabbing takeout from here on my lunch break. I'm kinda obsessed with their bacon cheddar burger. I think about it sometimes on my way to work in the morning. Before my shift. :p

“Vancouver Vegan Scene is LIT 🔥 I had no idea! It’s way better than LA & Portland - fight me 💪 It’s a lovely little family-owned fast food vegan spot with an immaculately charming vibe. The crispy chick’un is made in house and it’s so crispy & fresh! The Szechuan Chick’un Wrap was LEGIT spicy and made me feel alive! 😂 They also have a really good selection of vegan treats - Blue Bunny ice cream sandwiches & lychee chia drinks were delish! I’m definitely going to be coming back here a lot! “I ordered the XL Double Fat Cheese with Coca-Cola and chips, and it was absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the portion size was very generous definitely enough for one person, or even to share. The chips were crispy, and everything was served fresh. The price was reasonable and matched the quality and size of the meal. Great value for money! Highly recommend if you're craving a satisfying and tasty burger.“
