“SUCH a gem! Café Bon Vivant is located conveniently in the heart of Russell.

The team is very pleasant, and welcoming.

A varied selection of hot and cold beverages, as well freshly prepared foods for any time of the day.

I enjoyed a raspberry scone with my latte this morning, and it was so good!

The Cafés vibe is one a hybrid of modern eclectic meets relaxation space meets small town comfort, yet also fun and a great place to gather with friends or family (or enjoy solo like myself for a chill morning).

100% worth dropping the name brand chains for this local Café. Seldom do I rate an establishment 5 Stars across the board. I will definitely be returning, regularly. ☕️”

Extremely delicious Chinese food!

Ordered a combo plate which consisted of a generous amount chicken balls.
Flavorful, chicken fried rice and 1 eggroll which was fresh and crispy.

The order of general tao chicken was crispy outside, tender inside. The sauce lightly spicy and well balanced.

Will visit again!”

“All good things to say! Food is tasty and delicious! Ordered burgers all dressed however there was no lettuce or onion on our burgers. Everything else was excellent! A little slow though. Next time I will say I want lettuce and onion maybe their all dressed doesn't have that?”

“Every saturday i go to this starbucks to get my drink and most of the time they get my drink wrong but anyone hardly apoligizes but this time i went of a Sunday around 10 am i was served by an older barista and oh she was amazing! She litrally re made my drink and since i was in the drive through, i dint wnto hold on traffic i said il come inside while u finish my drink as soon as i started parking that older barista brought my drink to the car i forgot to ask her name but i really wanto thank her for going above and beyond!”

“There is something really special about our community in Embrun. Not only do we all support each other, but it’s businesses like Pizza Hut that support local families, especially in a time of need. After 2 families/neighbours lost their homes to a fire, Pizza Hut did not hesitate to step forward and do something to help. They says a lot about their integrity. A bonus, the pizza is amazing! 🤤 🍕”

“This is an interesting place.. The owners have moved a few times over the last few years, but the food has always stayed good.

We usually get the mixed Shawarma platter for two as it provides a ton of food for a decent price. That said, the pizza and burgers here are also very good.

We really like the Shawarma as the meat has a great flavour (sometimes it is the Gyro beef rather than just regular beef. but it is all really good). Well seasoned and the portions are amazing. The garlic potatoes actually taste like garlic potatoes and the garlic sauce has a very strong garlic flavour. The platter for two, usually provides enough for 2-3 meals for two people.

I happily recommend this place for a good meal. The pizza is well made, the shawarma is amazing and all the other options are equally as good.”

“So I was told this is under new management so I figured i would give it a try. I did visit this same location a few years ago. Today I was extremely impressed with the food. I ordered wonton soup, egg rolls, beef and broccoli, Cantonese chow mein. I will go back for sure the flavour was great not too salty. Lots of veggies in the chow mein. I think the boot and broccoli could use a little garlic but that is just my opinion.”
