“I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Tim Hortons in Russell. The service was excellent,friendly, quick, and professional. Unlike some other locations in Ottawa where you sometimes feel corners are being cut, this team took the time to get everything right. My order was accurate, fresh, and served with genuine care. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a higher standard here.

“Every saturday i go to this starbucks to get my drink and most of the time they get my drink wrong but anyone hardly apoligizes but this time i went of a Sunday around 10 am i was served by an older barista and oh she was amazing! She litrally re made my drink and since i was in the drive through, i dint wnto hold on traffic i said il come inside while u finish my drink as soon as i started parking that older barista brought my drink to the car i forgot to ask her name but i really wanto thank her for going above and beyond!“

“I frequent tim hortons as a place to work at my laptop with a great coffee and friendly atmosphere, and this location is a first for me as I'm currently traveling.

I have to say that this is among one of the best locations I've had the pleasure of visiting, and is now one of my favorites to visit when I'm in the cassleman/embrun area“
