First, the staff was so helpful and courteous to ensure we each got the right burger.

The smash quality on these burgers are truly elite! My husband is going to be talking about his crispy edges for a long time.

“These guys are the best. My truck quit at the drive thru speaker after ordering had to call a towtruck and I was worried about my 2 little girls in the back. They served us well and came out to help customers pulling in behind me. I fed my children while waiting for the towtruck it was there in ten minutes to my surprise. These situations can turn out to be horrendous but the whole staff ended up making this a pleasurable experience then I got towed back to Guelph. Nice driver and my little girls were happy playing passing the time in the back seat. Visit this location. You’ll get amazing service!“

“I go to this same location every morning from Monday to Friday. They make the effort to remember my usual order and they always greet me by name with huge smiles!

“We arrived 10 minutes before the closing time Sunday Nov 3, ‘24 and we were never pushed or felt we were disturbing, very very nice person which I forgot the name, it was so appreciated! Thank you!
Our burgers were excellent, but we are not used to eat a burger with a cold bun and due to how late we were we did not want to ask to have them warmed up.
My meal was entirely gluten free and they were careful.

“Location was very busy! Despite having 2 employees, Sukh made sure we had all of our food and that it was well made. He even offered to remake it if it was wrong as he was handling many orders on his own. We had no problems with our food as it was very good and appreciate the amazing service. Extremely fresh. $1-2 dollars cheaper than other pits places, and much bigger than anywhere else.

“I have been to this location multiple times and every time receive the same customer service and food quality. They seem like a husband and wife team. I always make sure b4 leaving to make eye contact with the wife and say excellent job. My son loves their poutine with fresh cut fries and cheese curds and I get the bacon cheese burger.“

“In searching for a non-chain and local place to get wings, I was a bit hesitant to order from here - typically, we've had bad and inconsistent experiences with small "local" shops. We took a chance here after reading some VERY good reviews. We're also a sucker for a feel good story, and this couple seemed like their customer service (and wings) were too good to pass up.

Well, let me tell you, the reviews are all 100% accurate! The wings are great - big, well-breaded (not too much/little) and sauced properly (I worked at Wild Wing in high school, I'm a sauce snob). We also took a flyer on the butter chicken, and it was also great. That said, their real crowning achievement was how genuinely friendly and welcoming they were. These are people that love the community they work (and I assume live) in, and truly appreciate the business they get.
