“We came to UPS N’ Downs for dinner before the Santa Clause Parade. My wife and I both got burgers (Brit Burger & Mushroom Swiss Burger), my daughter got the kids size fish and chips. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the kids fish and chips meal was a generous size and comes with dessert. The Brit burger was better than the Mushroom Swiss (more flavour and oddly less dry$. The fountain pop being $3.75 with no refill is insane. I’d call this an average experience in terms of sit down restaurants.“

“What a great meal! We started with the seared tuna app and it was simply prepared and delicious. I had a perfectly prepared steak for my entree and my wife had the duck confit. Everything was fantastic. Great service, beautiful ambiance and friendly staff/owners. Finally no need to drive to Detroit for a nice dinner! 10/10!“

“Brownstones Community Spotlight: Tin Fiddler Every great city needs a few spaces that feel like a little escape and Tin Fiddler delivers that vibe in spades. Nestled downtown, this uniquely hip spot drips local. From the custom design touches to the energetic back patio that fills up fast when the sun’s out, this is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re in a small town and feel like you’ve stepped into something bigger. We’ve got to give credit where it’s due Mia, the owner, has carved out a name that carries weight in Sarnia’s food scene. She’s a force, and it shows in everything from the atmosphere to the team she leads. And yes… we’re big enough to admit it: they serve the best Whiskey Sour in Sarnia (we’ve tested, trust us). Plus, their in-house beer, River Run, is a must-try locally brewed and smooth as it gets. At Brownstones, we know how much hustle goes into building something authentic and Tin Fiddler is exactly that. Respect where it's due. If you haven’t checked it out yet, this is your sign.“
