“This was my first time visiting The Burger Alley. The menu is Harry Potter inspired and all the names are so fun. We had the Sirius Black and the Dragons Kiss, a side of Alley fries and a deep fried Mozzarella piece. The owner's were so nice and welcoming. There is a huge window from where you can actually see into the kitchen and you will see how clean their kitchen and surroundings are. Locations do not offer the full breakfast menu at all. Since our first visit to this location we have found all of the staff to be so accommodating, courteous kind and very helpful. Presence of Kiosk is impressive, but the human welcoming , presence and thanking for customer’s business is missed! Giving 4 star, as I feel there is still space in improving the kitchen atmosphere, friendly & smiling/ more courteous agents at the delivery desk and having an open mind to receive negative reviews as well and finding ways to turn around the situation into positive outcome. I say this as I went through most of Reviews and how owner reacts( part of business acumen)
Wish them good luck and I Hope they work on negative reviews as well and improve their service, competitive pricing and hope they open more branches in greater Toronto area and elsewhere.

I recently learned a secret when it comes to ordering at any Burger King. When ordering, mention that you want your burgers “off the broiler” and you’ll get a fresh hot burger. I also used my crowns from the app to redeem my Whopper sandwich for free. The app definitely has its perks, my Whopper was free.
